But in case it isn't, you can request a return and refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment or a gift card within 14 days of delivery. For international returns, return shipping rates and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

If you discover your item has one of these above defects, let us know. We will help you return it to us for inspection. We will repair your jewelry with our production defects free of charge.
